Diepsloot Wes at a glance

An area of large farm portions of the original farm Diepsloot , supported by major mobility spines, the R511 (William Nicol) and Summit roads) the Diepsloot corridor straddles two municipalties, Johannesburg and Centurion. It has been identified as a development hotspot by both and Johannesburg and Eskom have been proactive in working to provide supporting infrastructure with a new bulk water reservoir and electrical substations.

William Nicol is currently in process of being upgraded to a major road from Dainfern to the N14 highway making aces to Fourways and Centurion much faster. A new REA VAYA rote is planned. Riversands farm has been zoned for light industrial and commercial development with high density residential which will provide work opportunities as it is developed.

The farm portions still available for purchase are urban edge and will rezone for between 30 to 120 units per Ha. The land available is situtaed between Diepsloot West and Saddlebrook Estate. A few portions will still zone commercial. Several major developers are in process with zoning applications and an additional 3000 plus homes are in planning.

At this time land prices are fluctuating between R1,2 million and R1,5 million per Ha.
