Located along the Alma Road approximately 15km from the Bela - Bela CBD and off the main road you travel on dirt road for approximately 2km

1.Orange Trees

Approximately 43ha is occupied by +- 22,000 orange trees of different varieties, Delta Valencia(10,000) , Valentia late( 600) , Navel Palmer (1025) . Navel Newhall (770) and Bhainina (5000). Irrigation of the oranges is through a dripper system sourced from a 2000,000 cubic litre dam inspected and approved by Engineers.

1.1 Markets and Selling of Oranges

Due to the different varieties of tress, harvesting takes place throughout the year. The oranges are SOLD to local markets such as Johannesburg City Deep, Pretoria, Springs and new Market in Kaalfontein ,Ekurhuleni. Low grade oranges are sold to Sir Juice and Magalies Citrus. There is also a potential for Export and the farm has a relationship with Mokopane Sitrus (Pty) Ltd.

2. Infrastructure and Equipment

2.1 There are two (2) houses on the farm and the first has a Kitchen, lounge/dining room and two bathrooms etc and the second also with Kitchen, dining/lounge, TV Room and 3 x bedrooms with two bathrooms

2.2 An Open orange Packing facility and a shed to house equipment including an automatic Citrus Sorting machine, vehicles, trailers/wagons, farm implements, spraying equipment etc. There is an electric fencing around the orchards and the rest of the farm is game fenced

3. The Lodge

The lodge is located away from the main house and approximately 500m from the dam. It is a commercial venture primarily for group of fishermen or those wanting weekend bush retreat with capacity to house thirteen (13) individuals. The group can either use the lodge or pitch tents closer to the fishing dam.This is "cash & release fishing game and only the Carp can be taken away.The following fish species are found in the dam, Carp,Tilapila, Catfish and Bass etc. Rich bird life population exist on the farm..

3. Game
The availability of large mountain areas has facilitated the introduction of game species such as Kudus, Blue Wild Wildebess, Impala,Zebra,Common, Duiker, Klipspringer,Warthog and Bushbucks etc
